So, this is a little late, but I thought I’d ease myself back into blogging by doing a blog I love to write and share with people, monthly favourites. So here are mine throughout the month of July.
New Flat | At the start of July my boyfriend and I decided to rent ourselves a cute little flat in the centre of our seaside town, which also looks out onto the sea. I absolutely love living with him and it’s great having my own freedom! We haven’t had any fall outs… yet!
C & K Cushions | These are such a cute little touch to our flat. We have window seats which I am OBSESSED with and my auntie bought us these cushions from homebase. They were around about 80p each which I thought was an absolute bargain as I’ve been looking into buying some at around about £12 each. Definintely go into a homebase store near you and see if there are any left. I can’t find these online but i’ve linked some that Next sell, here.
Ted Baker Outfit | This was a massive splurge I made and finally got to wear it to a friends wedding at the end of July. I spent a good hour in Ted Baker trying on different outfits and definitely wanted to go down the skirt and top combo, as I can change up the top and wear it to a different wedding if I wanted to. This design caught my eye immediately with the bright pinks and floral designs in the skirt and the white lace crop top matched perfectly with this, even though they didn’t actually come as a pair. I paired this off with bright pink heels, pink hair fascinator and a pink throw over.
Too Faced Lipstick | I’m new on the Too Faced wagon and bought the melted berry shade from their liquid lipstick range, and the chocolate palette. This lipstick is super long lasting and looks incredible on! I won’t go into to much detail as doing a blog on a make up look with these items in the upcoming week.
Pokemon Go | I said I’d never get it as once I get a new app on my phone, I am glued to it for the next few months. So I purchased this app wanting to see what it was like as the hype over this was insane! I am totally hooked, and even though I’m not the biggest pokemon fan I’m learning while playing and it’s so much fun. It is a app that is based around having 3G in your hometown and unfortunately, my little seaside town doesn’t have 3G yet so I really only get to play it when I’m out of town where I have 3G or in my flat with wifi!
