Lately I’ve done a lot of reading, I am a massive bookworm at heart, so these 3 books I’m mentioning are the ones I fell in love with a little more than the rest I picked up.
All The Bright Places | Jennifer Niven | I came across this book from the bookclub Zoe Sugg started with Whsmith. I read this book in about 2 days which is basically telling you how gripping this book is. This book is about, Popular girl Voilet and Theodore, who basically keeps himself to himself. They both meet at the ledge of the school bell tower, and there story begins from there. It tells you what they go through, their own sides of the story and it’s honestly, just such a beautiful book! This is also a tear jerker, but shows you even though you may know someone, you sometimes don’t know what happens behind closed doors.
See Me | Nicholas Sparks | This book completely gripped me from the moment I opened it! The character Colin is very relatable if your a girl, falling for the bad guy who your parents or friends aren’t that too sure of. Admit it ladies, we’ve all been there at some point. This book has a lot of ups and downs, and at some points almost had me at the edge of my chair trying not to shout at my book. Nicholas Sparks is the author of successful books that have been made into movies, and I’m praying this book does eventually turns into a movie too.
The One We Fell In Love With | Paige Toon | My best friend, Louise mentioned this book to me, and after looking about I finally caved and bought it. Honestly, at first I couldn’t get into it straight away, but that soon changed, and not even half way into the book it had me sitting fighting back tears. This story is about triplets, Phoebe, Eliza and Rose who have all fell for the hot skater boy next door, Angus. They tell each of their stories in their point of view, and Paige Toon really done well with each of their personalities as they were all so different. Eliza was definitely my favourite character in the book. If you love a good romance novel, and aren’t afraid to have a good cry at the sad bits, definitely pick this up.
What are your favourite books? Let me know in the comments below, as i’m constantly looking for new books to read!
