A Blogging Day With Louise.

It’s rare people understand your passion for blogging, as some people can think it’s silly and can be quite small minded about it. I’m lucky that one of my best friends Louise over at Louise Chatters¬†who I’ve been friends with since high school, blogs too! We live two hours apart so I took a drive down so we could have a cute time together and go out and take photos for our blogs.

I arrived on Friday night, got poured a drink and we sat listening to music and chatted until 1 in the morning. I also met her boyfriend, flatmate and a friend of hers which was so nice to sit and speak to new people and get to see a little part of her life I don’t usually get to see. There’s nothing that makes me happier more than seeing one of my friends happy and content with their life, and especially someone who deserves it. Soppy moment aside, here’s what we got up to on Saturday..

We went a walk to¬†Cambuskenneth Abbey, which was absolutely beautiful, as you can tell by the photos. We then hopped in my car and drove to Stirling University. The grounds of the uni are absolutely breathe taking, and so autumnal with the leaves falling around you, the benches looking out over the water and swans swimming about. It’s really quite a picture!

We sat on a bench on the walk round and ate sandwiches and talked about our futures, while looking out to the water. After our cute little picnic, we wandered around taking photos of the scenery while laughing at how awkward it is to take photos of ourselves in public. Louise is probably the only person I can be that silly around while making idiots of ourselves, and we don’t judge. Friendships like that are perfect! We found a spot where a lot of leaves lay, and decided to take photos and videos of us throwing leaves in the air for our blogs and instagram which was so much fun! We must of spent about 40 minutes mucking about taking autumnal pictures there.

It was a simple, yet funfilled day. You don’t need to spend money to have a good time. Good company and walk with a pretty scenery is all you need to have a good day. It’s probably the most fun I’ve had in years, and I didn’t spend a penny!
