Makeup Look Using ‘Tanya Burr Cosmetics’ | Blogmas | day 14

For my Christmas this year I had the Tanya Burr Beauty Advent Calendar and received the most beautiful products. You can see all items I received here. I decided do a festive makeup look with 2 of the products I received. I’ll be doing more over the festive period, and I can’t wait!  I hope you love what I came up with!

Step 1.

I used the Urban Decay Primer Potion, and applied that all over my lid as a base, and went straight in for the shade ‘Pink Champagne’ from the Anastasia Beverly Hills ‘Self-Made’ Palette. This is a beautiful shimmery pink, and really goes well with the loose glitter pigment I’m using. For the Crease, I used ‘Hot & Cold’ also from the Self-Made Palette, this is a light brown, and looks stunning, if I don’t say so myself.

I then used the loose glitter pigment from the Tanya Burr Advent Calendar in the shade ‘ Champagne Sparkle’. I have never used loose pigments before, so was excited and nervous of how this would turn out. I used DUO eyelash glue for this. I dipped a eyeshadow brush I don’t tend to use a lot, into the glue, and the dipped into the glitter pot. This seemed to work best for me, and I am so happy with how the glitter looks! I added ‘Black Forest Truffle’ from the Too Faced Chocolate Bar palette and added that to the outer corners of my eyes, and blended in for a smokey eye effect. It really goes well with this look as there glitter running through this eyeshadow too.

Step 3.

I then went onto eyeliner and used Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Liner and done a cat eye look. I didn’t go too out there with the eyeliner, as I was adding some longer eyelashes to make this look stand out.

Step 4. Lashes. I used KISS lashes that I recently won in a giveaway! (Thanks Hannah) I’ve never used these before so was excited to try them out! I used DUO lash glue, which is my favourite glue to use, and totally recommend it. These lashes are the ‘Lily’ lashes from their collection, as are so light and fluttery! I then added some liner to the bottom lash line, and Kiko mascara to the top and bottom lashes.

Step 5.

The lipstick is also from my Tanya Burr Advent Calendar in the shade ‘ Christmas Stocking’. This is a super bright red, and I absolutely love it right now!
