February Favourites

Going to write this blog I noticed that throughout the month of February I didn’t have half as many favourites as I thought. So, here is the small collection of things that I loved.

Sleek Precious Metals Highlight Palette

I used to swear by MAC Soft & Gentle as a highlight, until I came across this beautiful palette. I had heard so many amazing things about Sleek and their highlight palette and only being the small price of £9.99 I didn’t think that it could be that good. Boy was I wrong! This is super long lasting and literally stays on the whole day I wear it, and looks just as glowy as when I first applied it! My go to shade in the palette is ‘Royal Gold’ which is second from the top, but also if you have a tan ‘Antique Bronze’ looks absolutely stunning! I can’t wait for the sunny days to come back so I can wear that shade more!

Kat Von D Lipstick

Last year I bought the ‘London Calling’ Kat Von D kit which has miniatures of her popular products, which included the lipstick ‘Lolita‘ and liquid lipstick ‘Double Dare‘. Recently thought while digging through my many lipsticks I fell back in love with these and can’t stop using them. I use the lipstick ‘Lolita‘ as a lip liner then apply ‘Double Dare‘ over the top which looks pretty amazing if I don’t say so myself! Everyone should try Kat Von D lip products are they are definitely my favourite!

Copper Light | Primark

I don’t get to go to a Primark very often, but when I do I head straight for the homeware in hope that I can find pretty things to decorate our place with. I absolutely fell in love with this copper light which was only £5! It’s battery powered and the bulb has fairy lights in the middle, which is why I think I love it so much, that and it’s copper! Really wished I picked up a second one though!

The Girl On The Train | Book & Movie

I bought this book about 6 months ago, and chucked it in my bookcase saying that I’d ‘read it eventually’, which I did and I am annoyed at myself that I left it for so long, as it was such a fantastic book! It’s one of those books you can’t put down as you need to know what happens next! As soon as I read this, I went out and bought the movie and watched it the same night so I could compare both. My opinion? I much prefer the book, but the movie is amazing to!

Camo Jacket | Primark

Right now I am totally obsessed with my camo jacket I bought from Primark which I think was about £12! This goes with any outfit, and recently wore it with a dress which I was surprised how well it went together. I have been looking for a longer camo jacket for ages, so glad that I came across this! It’s super comfy too, and great quality!
